Redevelopment of existing office space above shop to create 2no new residential flats. Works included strip out back to timber frame and installation of new structural steels and timber support system. Building was fully thermally insulated complete with all new building services, kitchens, bathrooms, flooring and decorations. New timber bespoke bay windows were fitted to front elevation.
